TAYLOR MADE DESIGNS ONLINE UNIFORM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Your dedicated online ordering site is specifically built around your requirements and core product list. For easy ordering, we create a personalised e-store with all your uniform garments, broken down into categories. We manage the site for you. We populate each section with the products you choose. All garments will be listed at the agreed price and are available with no MOQ’s. We will display visuals and a brief description of each uniform item. You can place orders as and when you wish with a valid PO number. The orders feed seamlessly into our cloud-based management system. Your individual orders are then processed internally by our experienced processing team. The facility offers you secure login and enables you to create and review your orders prior to obtaining your valid PO number. Once your order is processed the invoice is generated on despatch and emailed to you. All orders are despatched with a delivery note for you to check off when your consignment arrives.
The system can also compile a range of specific SLA, financial and management reports. The SLA reports demonstrate delivery dates and site-specific order details. We are accountable to these reports to ensure we are abiding to the SLA. We can also run off finance reports to show site specific spending as well as managing individual spending limits to make sure your sites do not overspend.
