COVID-19 UPDATE – 27.03.2020

Firstly, we hope you are managing to keep safe and well and are following the guidelines set out by the Government.

Despite many of our supply chains being unable to deliver stock to us for embroidery or print, we are still managing to fulfil many orders remotely for our important and still hugely operational Health Care clients and partners – albeit plain stock delivered directly.  As such, our Production facility is now closed.

We are working hard to deliver as much PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as possible (where available).  We are also looking to replenish stock of key PPE items in large volumes; please keep an eye out for our updates regarding this.

If you have an urgent query, our key workers can respond, so please email us or by leaving a VoiceMail on our main number – 01202 473311.  Both of these are being monitored.

Should you have orders outstanding in our system; please be assured that these will now be completed upon our return.  You can still place new orders through your eStore (if applicable) or via your dedicated Account Manager’s email as normal – they will be actioned when we return.
