WE CARRY OUT ALL EMBROIDERY IN-HOUSE TO ENSURE IT ADHERES TO THE TAYLOR MADE QUALITY STANDARD
The quality of our embroidered is an essential part of our products. Our reputation is everything and we pride ourselves in the work we do, so our embroidery needs to be second to none in both design and quality. By us doing all the garment branding in-house on our own machines we can undertake all our own quality control to ensure the quality of work being produced. Our machinists are fully trained over a long period. We are proud to say we have over 30 years combined experience in our machinists.
We have 4 multi head embroidery machines. They have 6 heads with 15 needles so we can produce logos with up to 15 colours. On average we produce 1000 – 1500 logos per day. We run our machines from 8am -10.30pm as well as weekends to maintain our ‘fast delivery’ promise.
Embroidery is by far the most widely used method of applying a logo or design to workwear.
It has a high-end look and are more durable than any other form of decoration. Traditionally, logos are positioned on the left breast however, we can also apply logos to the sleeves, nape of the neck and the back or garments.
We also offer digitizing and Pantone colour matching services.
Priced by stitch count, we try to keep the total count in your design to a minimum without compromising the quality and result. All we need is a good quality jpg and we can create a high-quality embroidered interpretation of your logo / design.

Taylor Made Designs provide a full ‘end-to-end’ uniform management service. From design, manufacture, storage and then fulfilment to our 125 leisure centres across the UK. The online e-store and reporting services have ensured a fast, efficient and well managed service which we have been so pleased with, we have recently extended our agreement for a further 2 years.
