STORAGE & FULFILMENT
We understand that storage and fulfilment is often a problem for many of our clients.
When our clients order large volumes of bespoke garments & promotional merchandise from overseas, we provide them with a ‘storage & fulfilment’ solution. Due to our stock management process and warehouse facility, we offer a ‘Call-Off’ service for our clients. We have over 500 pallet spaces on 2 floors.
IMPORTING FROM OVERSEAS
Dealing with the overseas factories is notoriously difficult and can be extremely difficult and time consuming. We have many years of experience with sourcing and importing from overseas. We have been sourcing bespoke garments and promotional products from China and the Far East on a weekly basis.
We have a full-time agent in Shanghai who does all our quality control and factory checks. This includes dealing with factories to ensure the products are manufactured correctly and arrive on time. the logistical issues of customs when importing bespoke garments, taking delivery, holding stock for an agreed period and then delivering in manageable quantities to single or multi-sites. Upon request, we deliver non-branded stock to any UK destination within 2–3 days, or any European destination within 5–9 days by courier.
IN-HOUSE EMBROIDERY & PRINTING
We carry out all embroidery in house. Our machine room houses 5 multi head industrial embroidery machines that are capable of embroidering over 1500 logos per day if required. We also operate 3 heat press machines to apply multi-colour transfers. These machines enable us to all our garment decoration in-house without the need to outsource, which makes us as efficient as possible.

We adhere to the procedures set out by the ISO9001 accreditation, ensuring that every order flows through production as quickly and efficiently as possible, each with the same high level of quality control.

Taylor Made Designs provide a full ‘end-to-end’ uniform management service. From design, manufacture, storage and then fulfilment to our 125 leisure centres across the UK. The online e-store and reporting services have ensured a fast, efficient and well managed service which we have been so pleased with, we have recently extended our agreement for a further 2 years.
