THE CHALLENGE
With over 140 franchised gyms across UK & Ireland, Energie Fitness is the UK’s leading gym franchisor. Their challenge was to ensure all their franchisees were wearing the same uniform across the entire network. They needed to be able to buy quality branded uniforms, that were suitable for the gym and sports environment, at the right price. They needed a solution that made it easy for the franchisees to place orders and receive their uniform orders quickly.
OUR SOLUTION
After an initial consultation and tender process, TMD now provide a range of off the shelf garments, all branded, which can be ordered through their designated e-store. We have a no MOQ order policy so the franchisees can order what they want, when they need it and at an agreed fixed cost. TMD provide a designated account manager to look after all the day to day queries and questions.
THE OUTCOME
Energie Fitness now have smart range of sports uniforms. Their online ordering e-store enables their franchisees to place orders quickly and easily, meaning all the franchises are wearing exactly the same branded uniforms across the entire estate. The other main benefits of the online ordering system are the reporting information and the consistency in buying costs.
