Custom manufacture gives you full control over the textiles and fabrics used in your uniform collection. This means you can opt for organic and recycled textiles with a lower carbon footprint.
We can even source polyester made from ocean litter.

When creating a bespoke uniform collection, our first step is a thorough client consultation. We review your current uniform and brand guidelines, and talk through your ambitions as an organisation.
We then create a suite of stunning designs, giving you full control over the colours, fabrics and details in each garment.
FABRIC & GARMENT SAMPLES
As soon as the designs are approved, we can proceed to the sample stage.
Our expert manufacturers will hand-make a single custom garment sample, then air-ship it to us for your review.
The sample review process can often take a few weeks, but it’s the only way to achieve the highest standard of quality.
CUSTOM MANUFACTURE
Once samples are approved, garments move into full production.
We work with the very best custom uniform manufacturers to ensure consistency and quality.
We can ship the whole order to your site(s), or we can stock and hold a bank of garments in-house at our Christchurch depot.
