Throughout the past 18 years, Taylor Made Designs has developed a wide network of manufacturers and suppliers in the UK and overseas.  This network of relationships is a very important ‘backbone’ for our business and is how we are able to offer the service we do with the confidence and reliability that Taylor Made Designs is renowned for.  We regularly visit our factories overseas and UK trade suppliers to build stronger trading relationships and bring ideas to the table and services which complement our current offering to our clients.

Holding stock of everyday items means that we can react quickly to urgent client requirements.  It also means that we can service clients that do not want overseas manufacturing, or do not have sufficient lead-time, or simply want smaller runs.

  • We use Interlink Express for all UK and many of our European consignments.
  • Interlink Express are the only carrier to offer a standard next day UK delivery service.
  • One hour delivery window service available with Interlink Predict. You can be advised when to expect delivery of your consignment via SMS text and respond if it's not convenient to YOU.
  • We use FedEx International Priority for consignments going to the rest of the world.

Taylor Made Designs has moved with Industry changes.  We feel companies no longer require affiliation to promotional merchandise bodies.  Our high reputation speaks volumes for our proven ability. Instead, Taylor Made Designs feels it necessary to steer its focus towards quality assurance, systems and procedures.  For this reason, in 2009, Taylor Made Designs undertook a Quality Management, Systems and Procedures program, and after channeling much of its efforts for over a year, in March 2010 we were awarded the ISO9001 Quality Management accreditation.
