Taylor Made Designs UK Ltd specialise in the provision of high quality embroidered and printed uniforms and promotional products. Taylor Made Designs provides clients with made to order or stock uniforms & promotional items such as clothing (Uniform), bags, towels, waterbottles, name badges, lanyards, USB’s and much more. Having such garments and promotional products branded with logos and designs provided by their clientele, offering consultancy advice relating to project management and more specifically uniform and merchandise fulfilment.We are commissioned by our clients to provide a reliable and professional service and part of our service is to consult and advise on the supply of appropriate uniform and merchandise for our clients’ corporate and promotional needs.
Established in 1993, Taylor Made Designs didn’t take long to find its foothold in an already competitive marketplace. Within 2 years of starting the company, James Taylor, at that time a Sole Trader, was working from premises at Bournemouth International Airport with a team of managing the onsite embroidery facility. By the mid 1990’s Taylor Made Designs was firmly recognised within the industry and with the appointment of James’s brother, Edward, a strong team developed.
Today, Taylor Made Designs is market leader in supply and uniform fulfilment to the Leisure Industry with over 650 sites serviced daily across the UK, Europe and Middle East. Taylor Made Designs specialises in building relationships with single and multi-site organisations to reduce administration and logistical issues whilst driving up buying power. Our primary focus is customer care and building long-term relationships is fundamental to our business.
Priding itself on service and personal attention to detail Taylor Made Designs has built a reputation for professionalism, friendliness, trustworthiness and a willingness to go that extra mile. Now in its 18th year, we boast many National & International clients reliant on our service and efficiency. Our continued success and expansion plans led to the purchase of additional warehouse facilities 100yds from our administration and production unit. We use these warehouse facilities to Quality Control all of our clients’ imported apparel as well as stock manage our own product lines used to fulfil contract orders. We have many clients that prefer single one-off ordering through our Leisure Essentials range.

Throughout the past 18 years, Taylor Made Designs has developed a wide network of manufacturers and suppliers in the UK and overseas. This network of relationships is a very important ‘backbone’ for our business and is how we are able to offer the service we do with the confidence and reliability that Taylor Made Designs is reputable for. Manufacture, or made to order garments are a large part of our business. The Textile Industry has changed so much in the last 18 years. Fabrics themselves have become technical. Administrative requirements have become a minefield. Foreign exchange planning has become a necessity as has a strong and reliable global logistics network. Taylor Made Designs uses long-term partners from design, sourcing and manufacture, to quality control, freight management and customs procedures. We have been importing and exporting for over 16 years. Our freight forwarder has offices across the globe allowing you the peace of mind that your shipments are well looked after and managed through to your door. We have a 24/7 tracking facility which means Taylor Made Designs can be pro-active in communication regarding the delivery logistics of your stock.
PROPOSALS FOR QUALITY CONTROL, STORAGE AND DELIVERY
Full logistical management and monitoring of stock is an invaluable service for many of our clients. Due to our capability of stock management, we offer a ‘Call off’ service for many of our clients. Holding stock enables us to manage Quality Control procedures in-house. Of course, every measure of Quality Control is also taken at source including periodic sampling and on-site visits.
Upon request, we can ensure delivery of non-personalised stock to any UK destination within 3 - 4 days, or any European destination within 5 – 9 days by courier - just one advantage of holding stock.
ONLINE ORDER FACILITY
Should you require online ordering, Taylor Made Designs offers a system currently unique to the Leisure, Attraction and Education Industries. Each dedicated site is specifically built around your requirements and core product list. Individual orders are then efficiently processed internally by the Taylor Made Designs processing team.

Taylor Made Designs has moved with Industry changes. We feel companies no longer require affiliation to promotional merchandise bodies. It is obvious what we do and our high reputation speaks volumes for our proven ability.
Instead, Taylor Made Designs feels it necessary to steer its focus towards quality assurance, systems and procedures. For this reason, in 2009, Taylor Made Designs undertook a Quality Management, Systems and Procedures programme, and after dedicating its efforts for over a year, in March 2010 we were awarded the ISO9001 Quality Management accreditation.
