What I do day to day: My role within the business requires me to wear different hats depending on the projects we are working on. My main responsible and focus is to look after my own key accounts and also to manage the sales team so we maintain and grow the other company contracts. We are a market leader in supplying uniform and promotional merchandise to the leisure industry in the UK. I work closely with the team to ensure our uniform contract customers are 100% happy. I am always looking for other markets that we can work with that fits with our ‘uniform and work wear management’ model so I attend trade shows and exhibitions to meet prospective clients.

I started the company August 1993.

My career history: Previously I travelled the world for 5 years, combining work with my love of skiing and water sports. I did several seasons in the French Alps, Menorca, Australia, Hawaii, Canada and Italy teaching skiing and water sports. I started TMD on my return to the UK in 1993.

About Me: I spent most of my time outside work with my family and friends. We are very lucky to live in such a wonderful part of the UK so I make the most of the coast and surrounding area as much as I can. I am a keen ‘waterman’. I enjoy paddle boarding (SUP) and spending time taking our boat out to sea fishing for mackerel & bass. I also enjoy watching rugby, playing golf, running and keeping fit so I can BBQ and socialise with a clear conscience !
