TMD Production Department
We do all the embroidery in house. We have 4 industrial embroidery machines that are capable of over 1500 logos per day if required. They are operated by our 5 production / warehouse staff.
We all work as a close knit team to ensure the orders flow through the work shop as quickly and efficiently as possible. All logos are signed off by our customers before we commence with the stitching or printing. Our lead times range from under a week to 3 weeks depending on our work load at the time.
However we also offer an express service for customers that have unexpected 'rush jobs'.

Our business has expanded hugely over the last few years. With that growth we inherited dozens of new suppliers. Practically we had to initiate a thinning down process. TMD showed us many reasons why we should use them as our sole uniform supplier and since the agreement started they have consistently over delivered in all areas.
