Order Procedure/Delivery

Once you have confirmed your order & artwork our sales team will e-mail or fax you an 'Order Acknowledgement'. This document details the garments/products you are ordering, the print or embroidery details, and all the costs involved. It also confirms the delivery date and delivery address of your order. You will be required to check the details and sign the form. We will then proceed with your order.

Screen Printing

All our artwork is digitally analysed then separated to the highest standard. Your garments will be printed using the latest auto carousel screen printing machines. All our garments are approved by our clients before we run their orders to ensure they are 100% satisfied.

Re-Labeling

Re-Labeling

We often replace the standard garment label with our clients own neck label. It gives the garments a unique look to enhance the perceived value of the garments. We can supply the labels to you. Min order 1000 labels. (Aprox price £90) When we produce made to order garments we can offer side seam labels, zip tags and other extras to enhance the look of your garments.

Embroidery

Our reputation is everything to us. We are continually upgrading our equipment to keep up with technology. We have recently purchased a brand new 8 head fully automatic embroidery machine. It allows us to run 8 garments at a time to ensure we keep up with demand. It also runs using the latest software that is increases the accuracy to guarantee the perfect job every time. All your embroidery is approved by you before we run your job so we ensure your satisfaction.

Exhibition

We take our stand to numerous exhibitions each year. We do the 'Leisure Industry Week' (LIW) in September. It's very good for meeting new clients and to see some familiar faces. If you are there this year we look forward to seeing you there.

Online Ordering

Once we have established the uniforms for the staff, all your products would be available online.

Your nominated uniform co-ordinator would be able to order the individual items from your own personalised web page. You will be given passwords to access the ordering pages through our web site. No ordering delays, no ordering discrepancies.

Please ask us for details and packages on name badges, storage & fulfilment for merchandise.

Corporate Packages

Some clients with multiple sites like to share clothing and merchandise information with other sites in the UK or across Europe. Over the years, these clients build up a number of garments or items which have been specifically manufactured to suit a corporate identity. May of these items are held in stock or are simply re-ordered for specific events. Others form specific uniform requirements.

Once we have established a corporate package or over time one has naturally been created, all your products can be available online. We have developed a brand new online enquiry system specifically made for clients with 'Corporate Packages' they would like to share. It allows any authorised user, with a password, to access the enquiry pages through our web site and see what other sites have ordered in terms of clothing and merchandise. Mr X at Head Office, London for example, looking for ideas, will see that Ms Some Body in Ireland ordered some 'Lucky charm key rings', or 'Rubic cubes' or 'Fleeces'. Through the online enquiry system, he'll then be able to request new prices based on his requirements.

This service is coupled with our new 'search' facility within the merchandise section of our site. If you don't know exactly what you are looking for but have a 'brief', this facility allows users to look for creative ideas from across UK, Europe and the Far East. We have a database of over 50,000 different products on this facility from over 2200 different factories. Users are able to search by various means including 'keyword', 'industry', 'product', 'price', 'theme' and much more.
